Tutorial Suunto T6 Wristop Personal Trainer with Heart Rate Monitor Description

Any physical trainer could tell you that in order to maximize the impact of your workouts, you need to train hard enough to make a difference, but not so hard that you damage yourself. However, this optimal training range has always been exceedingly difficult to figure out, especially because your target training zone changes over time as your fitness level improves. The Suunto t6 takes both the guesswork and the need for a professional trainer out of the fitness equation. During training, the Suunto t6 measures your every single heartbeat, allowing you to analyze data that was previously possible only through laboratory tests. Then the easy-to-use PC analysis combines this training data with your personal background info, calculating seven different physiological parameters, including oxygen consumption, energy consumption, heart rate, respiratory rate, and EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption; this describes fatigue accumulation and helps evaluate your training load). Over time, the program automatically monitors your progress and continues to recommend training loads appropriate to your changing fitness level. In addition to the highly advanced heartrate and training functionality, the Suunto t6 also features an altimeter, barometer, thermometer, stopwatch, and, of course, full watch functions, making it the most useful and advanced health & fitness wristop computer on the market today. For some more in-depth info, see the product details down below. *Includes Suunto Personal Training Software and Heart Rate Monitor Belt.

Spec Suunto T6 Wristop Personal Trainer with Heart Rate Monitor Complete

With the introduction of the t6, Suunto is targeting athletes and fitness-minded folks who want to track performance and training goals. On the surface, it's apparent that the t6 is seriously trying to steal a bit of market share from the leader in the biz, Polar. After spending a little time with the t6, we found that it holds its own and offers some things that are truly unique, like the ability to track respiration rate, VO2max, and a new measurement called EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption).

The Suunto Training Manager software can track and display EPOC, VO2max, energy expenditure, respiration rate, and more when linked to a PC.
Until now, measuring these things required sophisticated lab equipment. Suunto has teamed up with a company called Firstbeat, which has developed a way to extrapolate a range of physiological measurements from heart rate alone. While we weren't able to independently verify the accuracy of this new measurement technology, Suunto and Firstbeat claim that the accuracy of the t6 is pretty darn close to that of laboratory equipment. If that's true, the t6 represents nothing less than a major breakthrough in fitness technology.

Give Me a Beat
The basic t6 unit ships with the wrist unit and a heart rate transmitter--which is worn around the chest and proved to be quite comfortable. The transmitter is coded, like the newer Polar transmitter units, so you never have to worry about interference from other transmitters--a common problem in race events. Typically, a heart rate monitor measures how fast or slow your heart is beating during exercise, which is an indirect way to measure aerobic capacity and other performance factors. The t6's Firstbeat technology takes this a step further by measuring the intervals between heart beats. According to Suunto and Firstbeat, this measurement can be used to closely approximate seven measurements, most important of which are related to EPOC. Using the EPOC measurement, it is possible to estimate how much one's training has improved overall fitness. If EPOC levels are high, the body is in a heightened state of recovery, meaning the training has been more effective. Likewise, lower EPOC levels reveal suboptimal training effect.

Other measurements, such as oxygen consumption (VO2max) and respiratory rate, are unavailable on any other wrist-mounted device. In fact, before the t6, they were available only to people like Lance Armstrong. Knowing oxygen consumption data is a valuable tool for anyone who is trying to increase performance.

Adding the Pods
In addition to tracking heart-related data, the t6 can track speed and distance--with a little help from some pods. Both the bike pod and the foot pod are cleverly designed little units that transmit data to the wrist device. We were impressed with the way the bike pod attaches cleanly and simply to the front fork dropout--no wacky zip ties and sticky rubber to mess with. Meanwhile, the foot pod is a durable little pedometer-like device that attaches directly to your shoe for greater accuracy. Both pods are fully weatherproof and add features like a speed alarm, as well as interval and lap timing.

The foot pod and the bike pod are easy to mount and deliver accurate training data to the wrist unit.
Training with the t6
The wrist unit's displays are easy to read and controls are fairly intuitive. We did have some trouble pairing the bike pod with the wrist unit, but once we were up and running, speed and distance data was accurate and consistent. The one thing missing with the t6 is the ability to measure pedaling cadence, an important data point for serious cyclists. A "cadence pod" would be a welcome addition, and it would bring the T6 in line with offerings by Polar.

We tested in the foot pod on a 3-mile jog and were impressed with the accuracy of speed readings. While GPS solutions also offer speed and distance measurement, the foot pod isn't dependent on a clear line of sight to the sky to get a reading. This makes it a great choice for indoor tracks or running on city streets with high buildings. As icing on the cake, the t6 also includes a barometric altimeter that can measure altitude, rate of ascent, and temperature. While these aren't vital for training, it's great to know how high you've been. Plus, you can brag to your friends about the frigid temps you endured on those winter morning runs.

Lastly, heart rate readings were steady and consistent, and we liked the t6's target heart rate zone alerts--perfect for those who want to stay under certain heart rate levels for specific training goals.

Making Connections
In many ways, the things that aren't displayed on the t6 wrist unit are the most interesting, and to view them, you'll need a PC. With the t6, Suunto has finally incorporated USB connectivity instead of serial, and it makes connecting the watch to the computer a breeze. The Suunto Training Manager software can track and display EPOC, VO2max, energy expenditure (kcal/min), respiration rate (breaths/min), heart rate, and ventilation. This data can then be used to build an overall picture of one's fitness level over time--an invaluable tool for athletes, as well as regular folks who want a clear picture of how their training is going. Before the T6, much of this data wasn't available to mere mortals, and it's nothing short of a revolution that anyone can now track their fitness level in such detail.

Pros

  • Revolutionary new data types, including EPOC and VO2max
  • Straightforward watch interface
  • Cleverly designed bike and foot pods
Cons
  • No pedaling cadence "pod"
  • Oxygen consumption and EPOC measurements are extrapolated from heart rate, not directly measured
  • Computer required to view advanced training data

  • Quality Japanese-Quartz movement; countdown Alarm; hourly time signal
  • Full Auto EL backlight with Afterglow; black resin strap

Tutorial Casio Men's Reverse PAW1300Y-1VCR LCD Atomic Pathfinder Watch Description

Explore. Inform. Conquer. Featuring sporty style and a durable design, the Atomic Pathfinder is much more than a watch, it's an advanced tool for use in the great outdoors. This Amazon Exclusive is equipped with many high-tech sensors to help you observe nature and monitor its continuous changes.

Atomic Timekeeping for Superb Accuracy
The Pathfinder provides micro-second accuracy with multi-band atomic timekeeping that picks up a time calibration signal from anywhere in the world and updates the watch's settings automatically. The Pathfinder features five daily alarms, a countdown timer, and an hourly time signal. The world time function includes 29 time zones (30 cities), a city code display, and a daylight saving on/off function. The automatic calendar is pre-programmed to the year 2099.

Tough Solar Power Eliminates Need for a Battery
You'll never have to worry about changing the battery thanks to the Pathfinder's Tough Solar technology. The battery is automatically charged by light, both indoor and outdoor. The Pathfinder has a solar cell and a special rechargeable, secondary battery that is charged by the electrical power produced by the solar cell. The watch will perform for five months on a single full charge.

Automatic Electro-Luminescent Display for Easy Viewing
The watch's read-outs can be viewed in any light, thanks to the Pathfinder's automatic, EL (electro-luminescent), adjustable backlit digital display with afterglow. Two high-intensity LEDs make the face exceptionally bright, and an auto light means that when you tilt the Pathfinder toward your face, the LEDs automatically light up for nighttime viewing.

Barometer, Altimeter, and Thermometer Readings
With the Pathfinder's barometer, you can predict changing weather patterns as they occur around you. The barometer takes readings every two hours and stores them automatically, graphically displaying the barometric pressure from the past 26 hours. The display ranges from 260 to 1,100 hPa (7.65 to 32.45 inHg) with changeovers from hPa to inHg.

The watch's altimeter can help you gauge the time you'll need to reach the summit. The altimeter checks and displays the altitude every two minutes and stores readings with the temperature every 15 minutes. The graphing function positions you with respect to your target altitude, while an alarm alerts you as you approach your mark. You can record up to 40 sets of data with each record, displaying the month, date, and time. The altimeter's measuring range is from -700 to 10,000 meters (-2,300 to 32,800 feet).

The Pathfinder also features a built-in thermometer that displays and checks the temperature every five minutes. The display can be converted from Celsius to Fahrenheit and measures temperatures from -10 to 60 degrees C (14 to 140 degrees F). So whether you're hiking through the Grand Canyon or snowshoeing in the Rockies, the Pathfinder has you covered.

Sporty, Durable Design
This sports watch is durably designed with a stainless steel case, round black resin bezel, durable mineral crystal, and black resin band with a secure buckle clasp. Buttons flank the bezel and allow easy access to the watch's sensors. Yellow and white concentric stick indexes on the watch bezel indicate barometric pressure, receiving capability, battery power, and more. The black dial changes with each mode and provides easy-to-read recordings, including graphs and tables. This timepiece is powered by Japanese-quartz movement and is water-resistant to 330 feet (100 M).

  • Wrist-top computer watch with altimeter, barometer, compass, and GPS navigator
  • Offer improved, faster GPS fixes for navigating to a spot or hiking a specific path
  • Altimeter displays current elevation and vertical ascent and descent rate
  • Barometer helps you predict changing conditions; built-in digital compass
  • Water-resistant to 330 feet; 3 daily alarms; 2-year warranty

Tutorial Suunto X10M Wrist-Top GPS Computer Watch with Altimeter, Barometer, Compass, and GPS Description

The X10 is the very latest from the Suunto laboratories, and it?s the lightest GPS-enabled wrist computer they have ever offered. With the X10, you can track your outdoor adventures in four dimensions, or use Suunto?s Trek Manager software to pre-plan your route ahead of time. While you?re out in the wilderness, use the barometer and compass to keep you headed in the right direction while you keep an eye on the weather. Record your speed, distance, and altitude along 500 GPS waypoints, then upload them to Google Earth at home to show your friends just how deep into uncharted territory you ventured. Improved GPS reception allows quicker fixes in deeper cover than ever before.

Spec Suunto X10M Wrist-Top GPS Computer Watch with Altimeter, Barometer, Compass, and GPS Complete

Small and lightweight, the Suunto X10M wrist-top computer watch combines an altimeter, barometer, compass, and GPS navigator, making it a terrific companion for outdoor enthusiasts of all stripes. The X10M--which builds on Suunto's decade of experience in creating cutting-edge outdoor devices--stands above most other wrist-top computers thanks to its improved, faster GPS fixes. Even under heavy foliage, you can use the X10M to plot your treks, navigate to a certain spot, or get back to your car, all while keeping your hands free to hold a hiking stick or water bottle. Once back at home, you can share your treks on Google Earth, or use the Suunto Trek Manager PC software to create new routes and plan new journeys.

The Suunto X10M also includes a built-in altimeter, which displays your current altitude and your vertical ascent and descent rate. Accurate to within 30,000 feet, the altimeter is an extremely valuable tool for mountaineering, backcountry skiing, and wilderness travel. The altimeter contributes to your excursion in several ways. If you're standing on or near an obvious geographic feature, such as a ridge, trail, or creek, the altimeter can alert you to your current elevation and help you find your position on a topographic map. Similarly, if you plan on climbing a slope to a certain elevation and then traversing, the X10M can help you stay on course. And, of course, the X10M captures all your altitude information in its integrated logbook, making it easy to analyze your performance when creating a training routine.

The Suunto X10M watch includes an altimeter, barometer, compass, and GPS navigator.
The X10M's barometer, meanwhile, measures and records air pressure to help you predict changing conditions--from sunny skies to hair-bending electrical storms. The barometer helps you decide whether to bring a soft shell or rain shell jacket when the skies look ominous, or even when to high-tail it back to the car. In general, low pressure brings inclement weather, while high pressure brings stability and clear skies. If you've arrived at camp and notice the pressure starting to plunge, it's probably a good idea to secure the tent and crawl in. Likewise, if you're on a climb, it would be prudent to find shelter and retreat. Even at home, the X10M's barometer can look beyond office walls, skyscrapers, and nearby hills to help you plan for upcoming activities.

And no outdoor watch is worth its salt without a digital compass, a great tool for keeping track of your direction while skiing, hiking, or exploring a new city. Simply point the top of the watch toward your intended destination and lock it in. Other features include an Activity Mode that records your speed, distance, and altitude information, along with any memory points you define along the way; a Track Back mode that guides you back the same way you came; a long-lasting battery; up to 50 routes, 25 tracks, and 500 waypoints; water-resistance up to 330 feet; and all the standard watch functions, including a 12/24-hour display, a stopwatch, a calendar clock, and three daily alarms. As with all Suunto wrist-top computers, the X10M carries a two-year warranty.

About Suunto
Suunto was founded in 1936 by outdoors man and a keen orienteering enthusiast, Tuomas Vohlonen, who had long been bothered by a problem: the inaccuracy of traditional dry compasses and their lack of steady needle operation. Being an engineer with an inventive turn of mind, he discovered and patented the production method for a much steadier needle, better readings, and a new level of accuracy.

By 1950 the company was exporting compasses to over 50 countries around the world, including Canada and the United States. In 1952, Helsinki was hosting the Olympic Games, and the torches carried to light the Olympic flame were Suunto products. The next step was improving the stability and accuracy of marine compasses. The first marine compass, the Suunto K-12, was launched onto the market in 1953. In 1957, Suunto started manufacturing hypsometers, which measure the height of trees.

In the 1960s, the compass range grew further and Suunto introduced its first diving compass--initiated by the divers themselves. A British sports diver attached a Suunto compass to his wrist and found that the device also worked underwater. Thanks to his feedback and initiatives, the new business category was found. Suunto's exports and business grew steadily and Suunto then focused on combining its strength in precision mechanics with new skills in electronics. Accuracy, reliability, and ruggedness have been Suunto's key values from the very beginning of the company history.

Today, Suunto is a leading designer and manufacturer of sports instruments for training, diving, mountaineering, hiking, skiing, sailing, and golf. True to its roots, Suunto is today the world's biggest compass manufacturer. Prized for their design, accuracy and dependability, Suunto sports instruments combine the aesthetics and functionality of watches with sport-specific computers that help athletes at all levels analyze and improve performance. Headquartered in Vantaa, Finland, Suunto employs more than 500 people worldwide and distributes its products to nearly 60 countries. The company is a subsidiary of Helsinki-based Amer Sports Corporation with the sister brands Wilson, Salomon, Atomic, Precor, and Mavic.

Spec Suunto Vector Wrist-Top Computer Watch with Altimeter, Barometer, Compass, and Thermometer (Yellow) Complete

Although the name Wristop Computer may suggest otherwise, Suunto's line of über-watches aren't just for those with a fetish for the latest in techno-toys. These rugged time tellers offer a variety of features for outdoor enthusiasts, with the Vector watch sporting a barometer, an altimeter, and a compass.

The barometric mode of the Vector displays the current barometric pressure and temperature as well as recent barometric trends. The trend display can be used for rough weather forecasts if you won't be changing altitude. After making the initial setting, the Vector was able to provide us with rather accurate barometric readings compared to the readouts to Internet weather reports for our region.

We did run into a problem with the temperature display of the barometer mode, as it can be impacted by body heat. Suunto recommends removing the watch from your wrist for 15 minutes for a more reliable temperature reading--not exactly the handiest of options.

The altimeter, which uses barometric readings to measure altitude, isn't exact either. And depending on the weather, we needed to reset the altimeter at least once a day. But it proved useful on local hikes, noting altitude to an accuracy of 10 feet after being reset, and also letting us note how quickly we increased or decreased in altitude in the Vector's logbook (which holds up to 3,800 sets of data).

One of the most useful tools on the Vector is its digital compass--after an initial calibration (we found out that using a watch this powerful requires a lot of tweaks), it kept us headed in the right direction with readouts in both direction and degree. We just had to remember to keep the watch level--holding it at the normal angle for chronometer reading skewed the compass results.

And, oh yeah, the Vector keeps time as well. Its time mode displays day and date with 12- or 24-hour time. It also features three daily alarms, a stopwatch, and a countdown timer. Even while using the other modes, the Vector displays the current time at the bottom of the display.

The Vector has a nice, bright backlit display and is also waterproof to 100 feet--as long as you don't press any buttons. We didn't take it down that far, but it surfaced without a problem from the bottom of our 12-foot deep pool.

You'll definitely know this large watch is on your wrist, but if you're an avid adventurer who loves techno-gadgets hardy enough for the outdoors, the Vector's your watch. It's the timepiece Grizzly Adams would have worn. --J. Curtis

Pros:

  • Ruggedly designed--great for the outdoor adventurer
  • Compass and altimeter are handy on hikes
  • Easy to switch between modes

Cons:

  • Large size can be unwieldy on wrist
  • Takes a lot of resets

Tutorial Suunto Core Wrist-Top Computer Watch with Altimeter, Barometer, Compass, and Depth Measurement (All Black) Description

The weather was clear for days as your expedition ascended 10,000 feet, but then the barometric pressure started to change and your Storm Alarm went off. Thanks to the Suunto Core Altimeter Watch, you set up your high-altitude camp ahead of the big storm and are in your sleeping bag sipping hot cocoa before it hits. Bravo.

Spec Suunto Core Wrist-Top Computer Watch with Altimeter, Barometer, Compass, and Depth Measurement (All Black) Complete

Building on the success of the venerable Suunto Vector, the Suunto Core keeps you informed of conditions while you hike, bike, or camp, making it a terrific companion for outdoor enthusiasts of all stripes. What can the Suunto Core do for you? For starters, it can sense an approaching squall even when the sky looks clear. This intelligent Storm Alarm--one of several intelligent features designed to keep you safe and secure--is activated by a rapid drop in air pressure over a three-hour period. Once the Core senses the change, the Storm Alarm sounds and flashes, letting you know that something unpleasant is fast approaching. The built-in altimeter, meanwhile, displays your current elevation, shows how much you've climbed or descended, and records your entire session for later analysis. Accurate to within 30,000 feet, the altimeter is an extremely valuable tool for mountaineering, backcountry skiing, and wilderness travel. Add in such additional features as a barometer, a digital thermometer, a weather trend indicator, and a digital compass and you have a terrific wrist-top computer for almost all your outdoor needs.

The altimeter contributes to your excursion in several ways. If you're standing on or near an obvious geographic feature, such as a ridge, trail, or creek, the altimeter can alert you to your current elevation and help you find your position on a topographic map. Similarly, if you plan on climbing a slope to a certain elevation and then traversing, the Core can help you stay on course. And as a bonus, the Suunto Core includes a unique start-from-zero function, so you don't have to enter a reference altitude. Instead, with the single push of a button, the altimeter will begin tracking your ascent and descent.

The Core also includes a barometer, which measures and records air pressure to help you predict changing conditions--from sunny skies to hair-bending electrical storms. Likewise, if you were on a climb, it would be prudent to find shelter and retreat. Even at home, the Suunto Core barometer can look beyond office walls, skyscrapers, and nearby hills to help you plan for upcoming activities.

If you want a weather forecast that extends out a few hours, you can turn to the built-in weather trend indicator. The indicator shows the barometric history for the last three and six hours, helping you predict the weather with amazing accuracy. What's more, the watch doesn't give you a regional forecast posted earlier in the day, but rather the most current information about the weather directly overhead. And no outdoor watch is worth its salt without a digital compass, a great tool for keeping track of your direction while skiing, hiking, or exploring a new city. You can set and follow a bearing with a traditional rotating bezel, or simply point the top of the watch toward your intended destination and lock it in.

Additional features include several traditional watch functions, including dual times, a date display, and an alarm; predicted times for sunrise and sunset to help you maximize your daylight hours; an automatic Alti/Baro mode that senses movement or lack thereof and switches between the altimeter and barometer accordingly; a depth meter that provides accurate water depth readings to 30 feet; and the ability to function in English, German, French, and Spanish. Available in such colors as all black, aluminum black, light black, black orange, aluminum brown, light green, black yellow, and steel , the Suunto Core carries a two-year warranty.

Designed for athletes in training, the Suunto t4c wrist-top computer monitors your progress and makes intelligent workout recommendations for frequency, duration, and intensity, helping you optimize your workout routine. The unit is built around the Suunto Coach feature, which generates a five-day plan for improving your aerobic condition. Employing real-time Training Effect technology, it tells you which days to work out and then advises you information on duration and intensity. If you accept a recommended workout, the Suunto t4c guides you through the session to make sure you receive the proper training load. If you decline a recommended workout in favor of a rest day or non-recommended workout, however, the t4c continues to monitor and adapt by adjusting your five-day plan accordingly.

The Suunto t4c is compatible with a number of separately sold training pods that measure your speed, distance, or cycling cadence, helping expand your heart rate monitor's capabilities and sending real-time data to your wrist. The pods rely on interference-free digital ANT transmission and coding technology, which guarantees zero interference with other nearby heart rate monitors, power lines, and gym machines. Tutorial Suunto Yachtsman Wrist Top Computer Watch with Barometer and Compass Description

Yachtsman Sailing Watch

Suunto Yachtsman features an accurate calendar watch with a countdown timer and dual time display, Suunto's famous digital compass, a barometer, and a sailing timer designed to meet the timing requirements before and during a tough race.

In spite of the abundance of features, Suunto Yachtsman is extremely user-friendly and has easy-to-use logic, a large display with big numerals and an electro-luminescent backlight for dimly lit conditions. Suunto Yachtsman combines exclusive looks with the rock solid construction. It is shockproof and waterproof to 30m (100 ft). The non-allergenic aluminum casing and the durable mineral crystal glass combined with a weatherproof leather band make it the ultimate tool for discerning boaters.

Key Features:
  • Time: calendar, dual time, alarms, stopwatch, countdown timer
  • Sail: Sailing timer with audible warning signal
  • Baromater: absolute pressure sea level pressure
  • Compass: Cardianl Bearing, North-South arrow, water resistant to 30m (100ft)

Spec Suunto Yachtsman Wrist Top Computer Watch with Barometer and Compass Complete

Don't forget your life jacket or your Suunto Yachtsman next time you go sailing. This watch combines time and date functions with a barometer, compass, and sailing timer. The tough Yachtsman looks like a high-end wristwatch with a brushed aluminum case and mineral glass face. The body is black with a ring of silver around the dial and an oversized, backlit LCD screen.

The watch displays day, time, and date with three programmable alarms plus a stopwatch and countdown timer. But the Yachtsman really stands out in its combination of sailing timer, barometer, and compass functions. The sailing timer allows you to easily set the correct sequence and synchronize the timer with the race committee with the push of a button. Large numerals and audible warning signals let you concentrate more on maneuvering your boat in the swarming of the start while Suunto Yachtsman keeps you informed on up-coming critical moments. The race timer range of the stopwatch is 120 hours, and it features a countdown from 60 minutes. You can store 50 split times in the memory for later analysis.

The barometer allows you to measure the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, absolute pressure, and a difference measurement to follow changes in barometric pressure and temperature. The automatic four-day memory keeps track of atmospheric pressure. Another feature is the adjustable sea-level pressure function.

The Yachtsman's compass shows directional bearing in degrees and cardinal or half-cardinal point. There is a north-south arrow and a bearing tracking function that displays locked bearing, actual bearing, and the difference between these declination adjustments. The compass's bubble level indicates a level position to ensure accuracy within 2 or 3 degrees.

The Suunto Yachtsman is water resistant, tested to 100 meters/330 feet according to ISO 2281 standard, which means you can use it for swimming or other water sports activities--but it should not be used for scuba diving or freediving. The non-allergenic aluminum casing and the durable mineral crystal glass combined with a weatherproof band make it the ultimate tool for discerning boaters.

What's in the Box This package includes the Suunto Yachtsman wrist-top computer and printed operating instructions. It is covered by a one-year warranty.

10 000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge

!9# 10 000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge

[if ]
[endif]

10 000 oscillations in 30 days ...... Really? Why? This was the reaction I got from some people when I was here, I can challenge a 10,000 swing in January. My response was "Give it a try and discover." Of course, I knew more or less what my results would do to be 10 000 swings in a month. As a little 'ass, work even more subtle, a flatter stomach, thinner thighs, unreal strength and greater overall strength of the sound ya? Interested? I hope thatso, because this is one of the things that actually provides results. Just know to get into it, forced to pay a price for it.

During my 30-day trip I took some notes on the road. I'm passing this advice to you to make your trip a little 'easier. We call this challenge the 10,000 swing Survival Guide. There are 8 main points that you know, so you should get through this challenge successfully.

First of all let me start by saying that this is adifficult challenge, both mentally and physically. It will surely know what they are made, and if done correctly all the benefits listed above as well. It's worth it. Trust me.

Make a plan: We do the math. 10 000 oscillations in 30 days is about 333 swings every day. You have to think like this in your life, because, frankly, is part of the month of January I did not think about how I wanted to get my swing during the day. E 'It consumes. I knew there would be days that my program with the children would allow for training. I also knew that if I took away a couple of days I was completely built in record time and never finished. So my plan was to make about 450-500 swings a day. I can not double the repetitions would be faced by the next day.

Take life to throw a curve ball after the ready. If you have any extra day of rest, do not get discouraged if you want to have more repetitions. Onlyadd a few more reps in each workout and get it done. It 'happened to me a couple of times. Here's how I managed mentally. I just focused on my repetitions of 100. So, if I had to 600-700 repetitions then I can just focus on the 100x6. Although I have not set up for 100 in a single operation, it was easier for me to 100 and then I think, now I only have 5 more to go. Break these large numbers into smaller groups and breeze through.

I kept a card index on my desk and took my swing repetitions daily. After analyzing, I noticed a pattern. Three days of hard work was good for me, then I need a day off to recover. On the day when I have my peace, with a slight swing like active rest, or that I have all day. Just listen to your body. If you have a day off, then it must accept and change the numbers accordingly.

Select the right weight, I find myself talking about this in almost every article I write. To the best of this challenge you must use the right sizeKettle Bell. You must have a bell that challenging, but not so heavy that we train for every time you train. I would like to be a medium to heavy weight. Of course this will be different for everyone. To give you a reference, I have my choice for kettlebell challenges will be explained.

Most of my reps with the Kettlebell 16kg/35lb done. This is 32% of my body weight. 35 pounds felt easy to me, for groups of 10-20, but is challenging for sets of 25-50 repetitions. In a difficult day I24kg/53lber or 20kg/44lber. In a day of light or day of rest I used a 18lber most active groups of 200. This means that with light weight I am at least 200 repetitions without the bell down 18lber this is necessary so easily that it is a challenge for me to do at all to 10,000 repetitions, and I saw I did have good results. I also used to 26lber swings one arm on a bright day, or between heavy sets for active recreation inWorkout.

Please do not think that if you do not swing for 35lber that many reps you will not see any results. Just use what the weight of a challenge for you.

Be aware of training: There is no doubt, some time will be trained in this challenge. Look for the sign and then adjust the plan accordingly. If you feel tired, irritable and / or very badly then you are probably better trained. There were a couple of times I do not feel these symptoms, but it would bewhen I started taking the weight of my body start swinging me to scream. My central nervous system has been burned and my body would not work. Depending on the severity I have one of four things.

He worked through it. After a couple of sentences, when I felt a bit 'better, so I would just pass. Fully supports. After a couple of sentences I feel if I did worse, I would simply call it a day and rest. Lighten the load. After doing some sets with heavier weight if Iangry and on edge, I would lighten the burden of training received. Eating more calories. You burn so many calories with swings, you probably need a little more thought that you eat. Surely not to restrict calories during this challenge.

Nutrition: Let me blunt here, cut all the crap from your diet. You know what I'm talking ,.... cookies, chips, soft drinks, cookies, all processed foods. They ask a lot from your body with this challenge. It 'important that you feed your body healthy and nutritious foods. Do not take the attitude that since you do as many swings, you eat what you can do. You will never be satisfied with the final result, if you follow this thinking process. You can not push your body up and expect them to react when they fill it full of processed foods, sugar and salt. Simply does not work to work this way. The body composition will suffer and so will your strength and endurance. Once you hear theExcept that fresh healthy food does not make you return. This is a perfect opportunity to clean up your diet and a permanent change for the better.

Hand Care: How to or not, corns your friend. Just be sure to keep low. I'm pretty much pain and even tear it, if really thick calluses that required to comply. I have a shower in my pedicure file and the file of the cornea down every few days to get a low level. Cornhuskers lotion works very welltoo.

Another way to take care of your hands is to change the grip on the bell. Use a / thumb finger grip, hold your hand throughout to deal with. This works very well with a hand or two hand swings. To relieve some stress on the one hand, it leaves the grip on the top sash. There are a break.

Protect your joints: 10,000 train movements is on the joints especially shoulders and elbows. You can protect your joints, leaving a slightTo crank up when the bell swing. Do not pull the bell with the only weapons engage your back and a slight bend occurs in nature. Once you're in the high reps you will notice is that your body will start automatically be put through relaxation. Just be sure your weight on heals to keep swinging for the back and even rock back slightly with the weight.

Rep scheme: to do what works best for you. I offer these rules as a guide or reps just to give you a starting pointAfter only one week in this challenge you will know what works best for you. I personally liked groups of 25, 30 or 50 that made it easy to hold with all the repetitions. As I said before, I concentrated on 100 at a time. While I have my set, I do not count to 25. I counted up to 10 twice and then 5 was easier to get through the set towards the end I had to do only 10 or 5 repetitions at a time, mentally.

Combine an arm and two arm swings in a set. 10 / 10 x 2 = 40 two-arm swings 10Swings as a finisher. You get 50 reps before you know it.

Swing bells with different size conductors are also a good way to do a lot of repetitions in a set. For example: £ 44 x 10 Bell, Bell X 15 £ 35 £ 26, and a bell x 25 = 50 reps in a set.

Swing ladder with a bell in size. 10, 15, 20, 25 = 70 repetitions in a set. 10 repetitions with a brief pause (10-15 seconds) and perform 15 repetitions with another short pause, etc.

Play with it and come up with some rules of the repeatsown. Be sure to share it, if you come up with something good.

Support: I mention this last, but certainly not the last. The way through this challenge with a system of support is a must. It 'also a lot more fun. If you know someone is watching or counting on you, it is more likely to do even if you do not want. It is much easier to blow out when the only one who does not know. Do not make this mistake.
